The ChemiDoc XRS system offers sensitive chemiluminescent detection in addition to gel documentation, features dynamic flat fielding technology for superior uniformity and quantitation, and the flexibility to image chemiluminescent, fluorescent, and colorimetric samples, includes a supersensitive 16-bit CCD camera that is deeply cooled for long imaging times required for faint sample detection and for accurate quantitation of image data, Universal Hood II darkroom with built-in white light epi-illumination and UV transillumination, and 2-position manual filter changer with standard Amber/ethiduim bromide filter (548-630nm), comes with a Windows XP computer with Quantity One Basic software installed, PCI digitizing card, monitor, keyboard and mouse, 100/115/230V, 50/60Hz, 200VA.
