The DU 800 spectrophotometer is a pc controlled system intended for use in quantitative and qualitative analysis in biological and industrial procedures that require spectrophotometric measurements in the UV and Visible region of the electromagnetic spectrum, extended wavelength range from 190-1100nm, and bandpass of ≤1.8nm, scanning speeds from 120-2400nm/min, 20 samples per second data collection rate, 0.05 second response time, wavelength setability in 0.1nm increments, comes configured with peltier temperature controlled 6-cell holder, high-performance transport, high performance temperature controller, a Windows XP computer with Beckman DU800 System and Application software v2.0 installed, monitor, keyboard and mouse, 100-240V, 50/60Hz, 2A.
